Before anything’s booked, Ian will have a short call with you to understand your business, your premises, and what you’re looking for. No pressure, just a friendly chat to see how we can help. 

2. WE BOOK A FULL DAY, JUST FOR YOU 

Ian only sees one client a day. That means you get his full attention, no rushing in and out, and plenty of time to walk through things properly. The whole process is designed to feel collaborative, not clinical. 

3. YOU GET YOUR REPORT & RECOMMENDATIONS 

Within a few days, you’ll receive your full written report. Clear actions, practical advice, and no legal waffle. Each area is scored using our traffic light system, allowing you to identify what needs attention immediately. 

4. ONGOING ADVICE AND FOLLOW-UP
