SERIOUS ABOUT SAFETY. LIGHT ON THE LECTURE.
DAM Risk Assessments was created to take the stress out of compliance for dental and medical professionals. We know you have enough on your plate and worrying about fire drills, faulty taps or health and safety paperwork should not be part of your day-to-day.
That is where we come in.
We are not clipboard-wielding villains. We are the good guys in health and safety, here to help you get things sorted with minimum stress and maximum clarity. With tailored risk assessments, clear reports, and simple traffic light grading, we make it easy to understand where you stand and what to do next. No waffle. No overwhelm. No scaremongering.
OUR APPROACH
Practical. Personable. Professional.
Our clients are not just ticking boxes. They care about doing things properly. And so do we. We spend real time getting to know your space, your people, and how you work. Then we give you everything you need to meet your legal duties, pass inspections, and make your clinic safer for everyone who walks through the door. Whether you are just getting started or running a busy practice, we meet you where you are and support you with what you actually need. Not what looks good on paper.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Specialist support, just for dental and medical
DAM Risk Assessments is the specialist arm of Kirsop of Milton Keynes, created to focus solely on the needs of dental and medical clients. We understand the unique challenges of clinical environments, and everything we do is tailored with that in mind.
Whether it is understanding how you use your space, what regulators are looking for, or how to prioritise risks in a busy practice, we are here to help you stay safe, stay compliant, and keep things running smoothly. This is not a one-size-fits-all service. It is a dedicated solution for dental and medical professionals, backed by years of industry experience and a real understanding of what makes your world tick.
LED BY IAN
The human behind the headline
With decades of hands-on experience and an instinct for putting people at ease, Ian Kirsop is not your typical risk assessor. He’s curious, calm under pressure, and never in a rush. Ian believes that compliance should help you, not hassle you. That is why he only books one client a day, taking the time to walk through everything properly not just point out problems. Clients trust Ian because he talks like a human, not a health and safety manual. He will tell you what matters, what needs fixing, and what you are already doing well. And he will probably crack a joke or two along the way. The DAM name might get your attention, but it is Ian people remember. Friendly. Personable. Thorough. With just the right balance of humour and straight-talking advice.
